As a bridge connects shores, we connect business worlds. We manage a container transhipment terminal near Košice, which we are modernizing with the help of the European Union. Its location on the EU-Ukraine border currently gives it a deeper meaning.
REAL ESTATE WITH INHERITANCE
34 + FABRIKA
We are carrying out one of the most significant revitalization projects in the Czech Republic, combining modern buildings by architect Vít Masl with the original architecture of the Baťa Zlín site. For example, we will connect building 34 with the new multifunctional building Fabrika. With its 65,000 m², it was originally used as a central shoe warehouse; after the reconstruction, it will house 300 residential units for rental and student housing, a large sports centre with several halls, a large fitness centre, and a wellness centre.

NEW ENERGY
We plan to revitalize the Vavrečkova Street perter so that it is related to the commercial areas in the surrounding buildings. The adjacent new FABRIKA development in three interconnected buildings with a total floor area of 70,000 m² will create a place that will offer both a modern shopping centre with branded shops and a quality food court, as well as class A office space for rent in the towers.

BATA AREAL
For twenty years we have been developing the industrial area originally founded by Tomáš Bat'a. The genius loci is omnipresent here. We have largely taken over the complex, which only decayed between 1948 and 2000, and opened it to the public. Since then, together with our partners - the Zlín Region, the Statutory City of Zlín and some local entrepreneurs - we have been gradually revitalising it. Many regional institutions and successful international companies are based here, as well as local companies and organisations. Today, the area is a place that lives.

Sport and nature are intrinsic to our lives. Therefore, we have decided to invest capital, time and energy in the development of Beskydy, where together with our partners we are preparing the construction of leisure facilities of a quality comparable to international competitors. Beskydy is our heartland, if you come, there is a good chance you will meet us here. Maybe even with the Olympic athlete Jaroslav Kulhavy, who is one of our partners in the field of sports and youth development.
CONNECTING WORLDS
INTERPORT
CREAM Group manages the INTERPORT rail transshipment terminal. It is also significant for its strategic location on the eastern border of the Slovak Republic, near Košice, i.e. on the very border of the Schengen area. It is currently undergoing extensive modernisation, which will enable the transhipment of goods from train sets over a total length of three quarters of a kilometre. The fact that the European Union will be involved in financing the reconstruction is testimony to its international importance.
