CREAM Invest

Honouring responsibility

Responsibility is not just a word to us. It is a living concept that takes many vital forms, whether it is a direct relationship to the society in which we live and to which we want to be of service or to the nature we protect and sensitively try to connect with our projects.

BROWNFIELDS
CONVERSIONS

Turning a neglected area, often of a dilapidated industrial character, into a vibrant place of life is a challenge we gladly accept!

NEW
TECHNOLOGIES

We follow trends and try out technological options, then select the best ones for the building and the site.

RENEWABLE
RESOURCES

The classical use of natural resources has limits; we know that using their modern substitutes is not a fashion but an apparent necessity.

WE LOVE
NATURE

Our projects in nature are an organic part of it; in urban projects, we sensitively compose natural elements in the public space.

SUSTAINABLE
BUILDING

We build for future generations. Our use of materials, technologies, timeless concepts and their implementation match this.

WORK
OPPORTUNITIES

We work efficiently, so the number of jobs is limited. However, we are always happy to make exceptions for capable, independent, imaginative, and collegial professionals.

Sustainability is not just a phrase for us

renewable resources renewable resources heat pumps photovoltaics heat recovery responsible water management green roofs working with grey water retention and rainwater urban regeneration public space Baťa area smart buildings new flats rental housing sports venues and sports promotion shops and services offices sustainable architecture respect for nature working with renewable resources

We strive to meet the current parameters for quality of life as much as possible while considering the possible requirements of future generations. Sustainability is an essential characteristic of every project we undertake.

WE GIVE
BROWNFIELDS
NEW LIFE

The revitalization of the Baťa complex in Zlín is the sum of many separate projects - those that already exist and those that will significantly revitalize the developing city in the longer term. However, for us, a brownfield is also any individual building that has outlived its function, lost its function or simply does not meet the current requirements in the surrounding context. We are preparing dozens of revitalizations of this type in the Czech Republic.

ENERGY
RESPONSIBILITY
IS OUR PRIORITY

In commercial buildings, apartment buildings, multifunctional complexes, also in the reconstruction of listed buildings, we invest massively in technologies that are environmentally friendly and in the long term bring financial effect to us and our tenants. Whether it is high-quality thermal insulation or photovoltaics.

WE ARE SHAPING
PUBLIC SPACE
RESPECTFULLY

Just as important as the building itself is the use of the public space around it. The larger the project, the more <br /> the focus on public space is essential. In our vision, the Baťa site is a popular place not only for the residents of Zlín but also for the whole region. The shape of the public space will thus be determined by expert workshops in cooperation with the city and especially those who will use it.

COMPANY
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We are one of the largest employers in the region; in addition to a number of partial activities through our CREAM Foundation, we have long been cooperating in many areas with Tomáš Bat'a University in supporting gifted students. We also financially support the civic association Za Sklem, which provides help and support to people with autism spectrum disorder and their families across the country.

WE MEAN IT
SERIOUSLY
WITH WATER

With our water management concepts in each of our projects, we go all the way to the edge of the possible. The final implementation then corresponds to the nature of the building and the real efficiency of the technology. Wastewater treatment plants are the basis, and in a multifunctional building, such as an office or hotel, the use of grey water for flushing toilets and rainwater for watering the greenery is standard.

WE SUPPORT
SPORT AND YOUTH

Every top athlete remembers well the time when they started in the sport. Hundreds and thousands of hours of hard work that could only be balanced by the joy of success. Top-level sport has no problem with funding—unlike regional clubs for young athletes. That is why, in the Zlín region, we have long supported handball, hockey, cycling, and gymnastics at the youth level. Young people here acquire qualities that will benefit them not only in sports: tenacity, determination, competitiveness, and the desire to assert themselves and excel.

IN COEXISTENCE
WITH NATURE

Living Beskydy is our long-term project in the most famous mountains of North Moravia, and it is aimed at supporting sport and tourism. We want to improve services for visitors and bring new job opportunities for locals. In addition to the existing Tee House resort in Čeladná, we are planning other buildings in the longer term that will offer visitors to the mountains not only accommodation but also a service centre for cyclists. On the Living Beskydy project, we are cooperating with the Olympic cross-country cyclist Jaroslav Kulhavy.

VISION FOR THE NEXT GENERATION

Although Zlín is known for its university and sports clubs, there is a noticeable long-term decline in the younger part of the population. Part of CREAM Group's strategy is to help reverse this undesirable trend by contributing to a change in the city's lifestyle.  The Fabrika Multifunctional Centre and Building 34 - CUBE in the Baťa complex represent investments worth billions of crowns in the near future. They do not only address shopping opportunities - the promotion of leisure activities of a sporting and cultural nature is critical.  With the utmost responsibility and after consultation with the public, CREAM will also transform the public areas in the complex with a strong emphasis on greenery and relaxation. CREAM is helping to solve the lack of new flats in Zlín by building them directly in the original buildings of the complex and is preparing a large-scale housing project called Rybníky in the western part of the complex.
