Living Beskydy

Living Beskydy is a concept that began with the idea of promoting hiking and cycling in the Beskydy Mountains. A concept that is constantly evolving. Its implementation started with accommodation in Tee House with a wide range of services, including wellness, and will continue with a bike point with a restaurant and bike service in the Olympic building; another dozens of accommodation units will have Tree House. CREAM Group has a great advantage in making quick decisions and implementing each new idea quickly. The only barrier is the permitting processes. Living Beskydy is a concept that has a beginning but no end. We are patient. It is a project that we want to develop in the long term.

Living Beskydy
is our activity
driven by heart

Support for sports activities has a firm place in our larger development projects; we support young athletes through our Foundation. In Beskydy, we support all generations indiscriminately, including everyone who has fallen into cycling and mountain hiking. We are gradually developing a concept here that will offer companies and individuals hotel accommodations in the middle of nature and wellness. The programmes for cyclists led by the multiple Olympic champion Jaroslav Kulhavy will be exceptional.

"Beskydy are beautiful mountains. They are not very high, but the steep climbs can be very hard. You don't have to go abroad if you want to learn something, test your skills, or try to reach the edge of where you can go. What's important - you'll have the perfect facilities here."

Jaroslav Kulhavy Czech cross-country cycling legend

YOU CAN MEET
HERE THE LEGEND
JAROSLAV KULHAVÝ

Cyclists are slowly discovering the Beskydy Mountains. There are few routes for cyclists, especially for less demanding ones. However, the mountains offer many opportunities to enjoy cycling to the fullest. If you are unfamiliar with them, having a professional accompaniment is always a great idea. Jaroslav Kulhavy, who Wikipedia says is the only cross-country cyclist in the world who has won everything he could in his discipline, is at home here. You can meet him here, the chosen ones can go with him to the mountains for a proper trip.

TREE HOUSE, life with a touch of the forest

Atypical shape of the building by the architectural studio CMCArchitects, 200 atypical accommodation units with at least one thing in common - a view through the windows into the forest surrounding Tree House. This is the vision for the further expansion of the Living Beskydy concept. Visitors will also find a restaurant and a spa here, and of course, there will be facilities for cyclists.

OLYMPIC
ČELADNÁ

The Olympic Pop-Up is as much a new cycling spot as a venue for yoga, pilates, weddings...The restaurant is open to the public, and so is the bar, but it can turn, like the whole Olympic Pop-Up, into an intimate space for a closed group - although a passing group of cyclists will take advantage of will take advantage of refreshments. The surrounding area is also set up for fun, sport and relaxation: a beach volleyball court, an open fire pit for summer evenings and romantic seating by the raft. During the season, cyclists can also get help through a technical service.

TEE HOUSE
APARTMENTS
AND SPA

The concept of Living Beskydy has a wide scope - from ambulatory bike service in Olympik on the one hand to accommodation for the demanding in Tee House on the other. Tee House is part of the Golf Čeladná resort, which corresponds to the highest standard of accommodation with views of Lysá hora, Smrk and Ondřejník. The hotel building, designed by academic architect Vit Masl, features a heated swimming pool, saunas, a vital bar and a pleasant relaxation area.

WITH RESPECT
TO VIRGIN
NATURE
OF BESKYDY MOUNTAINS

All our projects and buildings are prepared with respect and reverence for nature, which has a unique charm in the Moravian Beskydy. The sensitive architecture of non-disturbing buildings in the middle of nature and technology guarantees long-term sustainability. Any intervention in the development area of the mountains has been considered for a long time; we look for optimal options where respect for nature is the priority.
