FABRIKA
Modern architecture with 70,000 m² of usable space will complement the original industrial buildings of the Baťa complex in Zlín. The three buildings, connected in the parterre, will contain several floors of commercial arcades with a modern marketplace and a conceptual food court. On the upper floors, public park roof terraces and class-A offices will meet the highest international standards. FABRIKA will be developed in line with the philosophy of sustainability and will be packed with modern technologies to ensure the building's minimal environmental impact. The building will also contain hundreds of parking spaces, including spaces for electric mobiles, bicycle parking and storage areas. The large complex will also include an adjoining training hall and a stage for cultural events and concerts in the stalls. We believe that FABRIKA, the new centre of Zlín, will be a strong magnet not only for its residents but also for our business partners.
